Day 1: August 8th, Thursday

Meet at Old Ski Bowl Trailhead for sunrise.  Marvel in the epic and immense beauty of distant views, take in the vitality of the fresh air, ground your energy, purify, cleanse and align yourself with a cup of pure crystalline water and set intentions for your three day journey.

Hike to the entrance to Telos, an area undisclosed, even most locals don't even know about and learn about the myths & legends of Mount Shasta.

Upper Panther Meadows, a scenic adventure through a breathtaking alpine meadow abundant with vibrant flora and granite outcrops. Meditate at the Sacred Spring that flows pristine clear water from deep within the earth. Take extra time for self meditation and serenity in the mystical energy of this powerful energy vortex.

Lower Panther Meadows, picnic together and hike to a sacred energy vortex surrounded by Hemlock trees. Wander through campgrounds and embrace the sights and sounds of nature in her simplicity.

Hike to Heart Lake, a three mile hike to admire the spectacular reflection of Mount Shasta in this panoramic heart shaped lake. The upward climb increases vastness, inspires & uplifts, giving a sense that anything is possible!

Picnic at shoreline of Castle Lake, take time to swim, get your feet wet and unwind in this magical setting. Enjoy experiencing sound bowls and tuning forks for yourself and dive into the world of sound healing.

Intuitive Guidance & Akashic Record Readings. Take some personal time with Paula, a gifted healer, spiritual guide and life coach. Receive messages, insights and the gifts the mountain has for you. Take this wisdom and integrate it into your spiritual journey in life. Regain clarity of your life purpose and strengthen and honor your spiritual nature.

Faery Falls or Lake Siskiyou if time permits. Adventure into the sweet and delicate energy of Faery Falls or relax late afternoon on the sandy beach shoreline of Lake Siskiyou. Listen to the whisper of your soul and follow where it calls you to go. Let the pureness of nature soothe and nurture the aspects of you that need healing. Take a moment to embrace the stillness of just being you.

Day 3: August 10th, Saturday

Gateway Peace Garden Stroll through the spiritual pathways, walk the labyrinth and take time for inner peace and gratitude within your soul. Embrace the interconnectedness of all beings and unite in harmony with love and compassion. Self guided meditation. Tie a prayer flag with your heartfelt intentions.

City Park Shasta Headwaters Located at the base of Spring Hill, this sacred vortex gushes forth spring water that is known for its healing properties through layers of ancient volcanic rock. Fill up your empty jugs and savor this refreshing and nourishing water as it starts its journey to the Upper Sacramento River. 

Hedge Creek Falls Enjoy the coolness of the shaded canopy as you follow the path to the base of this exquisite waterfall. A unique opportunity to get intimately close to the falls and walk behind the cascading water with a spectacular view. Invigorate your body, mind and soul with the cool mist and negative ions that are created by nature. Enjoy showering under the fall for an experience of a lifetime.

Mossbrae Falls or McCloud Falls Getting to Mossbrae Falls can be a challenge! Taking a stroll on the winding path from Hedge Creek Falls you arrive at an observation deck overlooking a breathtaking stream that becomes the Sacramento River. Depending on the ability to safely cross the stream and venture to the intriguing Mossbrae Falls, we will decide if McCloud Falls will be a better option! If so, we will enjoy the magical beauty of upper, middle and lower McCloud Falls. Walk the 3.5 mile McCloud River Trail that passes these three beautiful waterfalls or drive to each one. Finish off the day at lower falls and bask on the warmth of the creekside stones and cool off in the refreshing flowing water.
